Led by Executive Chef Jeffery Powell, Hemisphere’s culinary team has designed a menu that infuses robust international flavors and seasonal local ingredients. Dinner highlights include Chef’s Signature pork belly with slow pickled blueberries, candied jalapenos and sun choke puree.
